I've wanted to make some better sparkle brushes to use for chrome reflections and club photos so I created this brush set today.
There are regular resized stamps and there are random sparkle brushes so you can easily create random spontaneously sized stars to any image.
For Bokeh and other Star flares check out this brush set
These were made in Photoshop 7 so they will work with anything above 7 (including Elements).
Do not redistribute without permission or modify preview image.
If you want to use these brushes on prints, business advertising/logos, or commercial products please contact me.
